DAY ONE: “LETTING THE IMAGE SPEAK FOR ITSELF”

PART 3: CASE PRESENTATION: FAMILY SECRETS- AN UNFINISHED SANDPLAY PROCESS OF A NINE YEAR OLD BOY: 11 SANDPLAYS
In his first Sandplay, this 9 year old boy, the “Identified Patient” in his family, creates a symbolic portrait of himself and his role in his family, a prophecy that manifests in a series of 11 sandplays portraying cataclysmic disaster. His sandplays show growing consciousness and inner strength while his fears manifest in reality when his parent’s secret is revealed.
