Sandplay Therapy has been one of the important expressive Jungian therapies. With the facilitation of sand, water and various miniatures, the clients are well contained and expressed freely inside the sand trays. Dora Kalff adopted the Jungian framework for the ground work of sandplay therapy. Hence, in this short course we would explore the theory of Jung and its application on sandplay therapy, with cases illustration.
This course is designed for those who have basic understanding of Jungian Sandplay Therapy. The participants are required to have at least 12 workshop hours in Sandplay Therapy offered by HKSTA and/or ISST. This is an ISST accredited training and twelve workshop hours will be given upon the completion of the course. HKSTA had offered a course “Basic Jungian Concepts and their Applications in Sandplay Therapy” taught by Mr. Kwok in April to May, 2017. The contents of this course is different from the one in 2017. Those who had attended the course in 2017 are welcome to join this current one.
